I'm a cynical panda. I'm 30, but easily pass for 25. I'm 70% blind without my glasses in the daytime, but my night vision is awesome...(must be the carrots, or maybe i actually am just a vampire...). I like hats and vintage leather jackets, and swear so much it'd make a sailor blush. I say "awesome" way too much, and my glass is usually half-empty.... I also have a tendency to break out into Godzilla impressions and quote obscure movies nobody has seen at inopportune moments. Oh, i also sound like a dolphin when i laugh.

I'm trying hard to dodge the ex-goth thing, but it keeps jumping on my back like an irritating monkey. I'm probably so pretentious and full of myself that it hurts, but hey, I am what life has made me. My university degree (english lit, focus on modern/post-modern american) is worth more to me nutritionally than as an actual degree, and I wish i'd actually gone to chef-school like i wanted. I'm married to an awesome quirky guy who GETS me.

musically, I'm pretty schizo. I love almost everything...especially if its got a heavy back end. I love heavy bass and thundering drums. Right now, my fave bands are fall out boy, lacuna coil, the cure, depeche mode, metric, billy talent, alexisonfire, genitorturers, panic! at the disco, FLOW and less than jake. I also listen to shakira and ludacris as a guilty pleasure. The only musical types I really hate are country (mostly because that's what 30 year old small-town chicks are supposed to like) and that repetitive 3 beat euro-synth stuff (because its boring).
